The course lap distance is approx 4.5 km long
The Muckers option will be 1 lap of the course and should take between 22 and 50 minutes to complete
The Serious Muckers option will be 2 laps of the course and should take between 45 and 100 minutes to complete
Each lap will take in many different obstacles and challenges
These will include various round bale (single and double) "jumps", tarzan rope swings, climbs n crawls under and over nets, some serious "Bath" dunks and super slides, tyres, various ditch drops and rope hauls to get out of ditches and other water and land challenges!
Checkout the Gallery and these VDO links for ideas from the 2010 events but be prepared for whatever the course may throw at you We are continually making changes with new and wider obstacles and "chicken runs" instead of net climbs and much more!
You will not be required to swim or complete any obstacle you feel uncomfortable or unsafe doing

This event is all about FUN - We do ask you not to Shortcut or miss out obstacles in order to Gain Unfair Advantage if Racing
Recommended attire is full body cover such as running leggings and long sleeved running top
Runners or Boots with Good Grips are Strongly Recommended - Football Boots are ok but NO RUNNING SPIKES ALLOWED.
A change of clothes for after the event is essential - A dry changing area and a basic washdown hose will be provided but don't expect frills - this is a back to basics down n durty day on the farm experience that we hope will leave you smiling from ear to ear and with plenty to talk about in the Hamlet Hotel in Johnstown Bridge at our after event Prizegiving on Sat afternoon :-)
